Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades apply right away, and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Monthly or annual?
Annual billing costs up to 20% less per month. Switch from monthly to annual at any time; switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
Is the data live on the Free plan?
Yes. Stocks and ETFs update live during US market hours (9:30 to 4:00 ET) with IEX prices, and crypto updates around the clock, on every plan, from 1-minute bars up. Intraday stock volume counts IEX trades only; daily bars use consolidated volume. Plans differ in how many charts, indicators, alerts and bars of history you get.
What do I need to sell scripts?
The Ultimate plan. You keep 85% of each sale: the platform fee is 15%, and we pay the payment processing fees out of it. Publishing free scripts is part of Premium and Ultimate.

US-listed stocks and ETFs, and 100 major crypto pairs priced in US dollars, on every plan.
